Accounts

By holding an account or when opening an account, I agree with terms and conditions set forth by III's Hot Shot, Inc. In addition, I also acknowledge that loss or damage claims may not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) unless a greater value is declared, maximum declared value $1000.00. Claims must be made within seventy two (72) hours. III's Hot Shot Inc. is not in responsible for any concealed damage. Additional Charges may apply for declared value. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services, please contact us.

First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, and services were not rendered, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

After 30 Days

If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), services will be stopped and you will only pay for the services rendered, you will obtain a full refund for services that were not rendered.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 0 percent of the purchase price.
